Tour Alfonso Caputo in the restaurant Maritozzo!

The third and fourth March in Maritozzo hosted the tour of the chef Alfonso Caputo. A well-known Italian together with the chef of the project Andrea Impero prepared three suppers and took part in a master class for students of culinary courses at the restaurant!

Alfonso is an adept of traditional Italian cuisine. In his restaurant Taverna Del Capitano (1 * Michelin), not far from Naples, he prepares real Italian classics, using all the benefits of technological progress. Unusual ingredients, atypical textures, non-standard filing – Alfonso believes that the classic must live and constantly develop, acquiring new facets of taste, but maintaining the foundation.

At dinner, Alfonso demonstrated how the traditions turn into trends, and on the Sabbath class of culinary courses Maritozzo, visually showed and told how it happens from the inside.
