Playing four hands

Two restaurants, two chefs, two sets, four hands: 21 and 28 September in the restaurants Maritozzo and Balzi Rossi there will be joint dinners by Emanuel Mongillo and Andrea Impero. The chefs don't just exchange kitchens for two nights. They have already worked out a personalized menu for each dinner and will cook together first in the Maritozzo and then in the Balzi Rossi. Andrea will present his view of Italian cuisine, Manuel will demonstrate Mediterranean taste.

The menu of each dinner will consist of seven courses, telling people how unusual the joint work of two Italians can be and how different their approaches to the products, traditions and tastes are. The categories are snacks, entrée, and main course. Andrea and Manuel will present one dish each. Dessert, as the final chord of the evening, will be cooked in tandem. Good food requires good wine. This part is in charge of our sommeliers Sergey Golubev and Pierre Gerard from Balzi Rossi. Just like Andrea and Manuel’s sets, a selection of wines is created by the joint efforts of the two sommeliers and focused not only on the dishes but also on the characters and temperaments of the chefs.

Each dinner costs 4000 rubles without wine and 6000 rubles with wine. The Maritozzo dinner starts at 19:30. The Balzi Rossi guests gather at 19:00, the dinner starts at 20:00. The number of seats is limited. By reservation only.
