During the Great Lent, from February 27 to April 15, our restaurant has a fast menu

Before the Great Lent, the brand-chef Andrea Santilli flew to Moscow specially to work with the chef Andrea Impero in detail on the lean menu.

The collection includes nine traditional Italian dishes, which do not use products of animal origin. Light snacks and salads, rich soups, vegetable pastes and risotto are designed to help the fasting with dignity to pass this difficult but very important way.

Lenten menu:

– Vegetables tempura – 550 rub.
– Panzanella – 550 rubles.
– Rigatoni with broccoli – 700 rub.
– Risotto with grilled tomatoes – 800 rub.
– Salad from cauliflower – 550 rub.
– Salad with artichokes – 980 rub.
– Spaghetti with pepper grill – 700 rub.
– Lentil soup with bread balls – 500 rub.
– Umbrian soup – 900 rubles.
