Marco Gubbiotti’s tour in Maritozzo!

On November 1 the restaurant will host a truffle dinner under the guidance of the brand chef Marco Gubbiotti, which will come to the capital with a fresh "catch" of Umbrian white truffle.

Marco has great experience of collaboration with the best chefs in the world and countless awards and titles. The most outstanding awards are Michelin stars received by the restaurants La Bastiglia in Spello and Il MIlione in Hong Kong, during the period when they were led by Marco. In Maritozzo he continues to promote modern Italian cuisine, but carefully keeps the traditions and recipes of his country.
